- SMALL cables fit tips from 2.75mm/US2 through 5.0mm/US8

Notes on Cord Lengths
- Chiaogoo cord sizes (50″, 37″, 30″, etc) are for the cord alone, and unlike other brands (which measure from tip to tip) DO NOT include the length of the tips in the measurements. For example, a 50″ cord will make 60″ needles if you have 5″ needle tips
- 2″/5cm, 5″/13cm, 6″/15cm cables are recommended for use with Chiaogoo Shorties (3″) tips, and are too short for 4″ and 5″ needle tips.
- 8″/20cm cables are recommended for 4″ needle tips (to form 16″/hat size needles)
- 14″/35cm and longer cables are recommended for both for 4″ and 5″ needle tips.

Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
